Professor Claudia Roda was invited to speak at Navigate: Digital Policy Leadership Retreat<\/em> for Public Policy Leaders-Only Day<\/em> at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University<\/a>, organized in collaboration with the IAPP<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Dame Melanie Dawes<\/strong>, Executive Board Member and Chief Executive at OfCom, UK, and Fabienne Tegeler<\/strong>, Chair of the Management Board of ENISA and Head, Section Liaison Office & Legal Affairs at Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), Germany, Professor Roda opened a panel on Assessing and prioritizing interventions based on risk, harm, and opportunity<\/em>. Her intervention focused on the importance of data governance for the implementation of appropriate legislation and the risks connected with current concentration of data ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Public Policy Leader-Only Day was followed by the larger two day Navigate: Digital Policy Leadership Retreat<\/a><\/em> in Portsmouth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
